Face to FacePosition Summary:Provide upgrades and implement new System technology as necessary. Implement, maintain, support, develop and design servers within the organization. Prepare for disaster recovery. Ensure high availability and continually improve operational processes. May supervise computer administrators and/or user support specialists.Responsibilities:Maintain Linux Platforms (RedHat and Oracle Linux)Manage Linux patching, upgrade, Migration, Virtualization and Tier 3 supportMonitor, maintain, configure and upgrading MIS,MOS and NES systems, Development in Datacenters and FAB/CUBProject management, planning, DR, new system designs and implementationScopes:MIS, MOS and NES servers, application server maintenanceManaging & operating Samsung Austin Semiconductor Datacenters in Austin and TaylorMonitoring Systems activitiesAsset managements24/7/365 ready to support on FAB production lines and Facility systemsSkill Set:High Hands-on experience on Linux Distribution Platforms (RedHat, Oracle linux, CentOS, Rocky etc)High Plus : Hands-on Kubernetes, Docker experienceProven experience on Virtualization (VMware VCF preferred)Storage solution experiences on NetApp, EMC products with Volume Management (LUN management, Provisioning iSCSI and FC lun, Disk pool and staging) CIFS, NFS, iSCSI, FC and NDMP managementProven experience & ability architect on Linux open source applications' deploymentGeneral troubleshooting of Linux system log analysisHeavy hands-on Bash, Korn Shell, Perl, python script experienceCollege Degree preferred or equivalent experience & certificationRequired Degree: Associate Degree, or higherRequired Experience: 5+ years as Linux Systems Engineer
