Program Director – Women's Recovery & Substance Use Services Location: VOA Southeast, The Millennium Center, Cuthbert, GA. We are looking for a Program Director to manage the daily operations of a substance use treatment program. Minimum requirements Bachelor’s Degree in a related field and CAC Level II (or Master’s + CAC Level I). 5+ years working with individuals with substance use disorders.
