Are you a compassionate and dedicated Nurse Practitioner (APRN) or Physician Assistant looking for a rewarding and flexible opportunity? Nexus Wound Consultants, a rapidly growing mobile wound care company, is seeking skilled professionals to provide exceptional care to patients in their homes across multiple states.
About Us:
We specialize in providing advanced wound care to patients in various settings, including skilled nursing facilities, assisted living, adult care homes, and private residences.
Currently operating in 11 states with plans to expand nationwide, we currently care for approximately 600 patients.
Our innovative approach includes the use of biologic patches and Ultramist technology for effective, painless wound treatment.
Position Details:
Role: Nurse Practitioner (APRN) as a 1099 Independent Contractor
Commitment: Part-time (2-3 days/week) with a transition to Full-time (40 hours/week) once census reaches 13 patients.
Patient Load: Full-time max census is 30-35 patients (7-9 per day); part-time providers may/will transition to full-time at 13 patients.
Compensation:
Part-Time: $500 per 8-hour shift, plus RVU bonus.
Full-Time: $170,000/year base salary, regardless of patient load, plus RVU bonus.
Note: $50/hour for pre-patient training. (Above Compensation starts the first day you see your first patient).

Requirements:
Must be able to travel within a 50 mile radius of your assigned location
Valid APRN/Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant license.
Most hold board certification
Commitment to providing high-quality wound care.
Willingness to travel for initial training.
