This role is ideal for a clinical professional who thrives in a collaborative environment and is passionate about making a meaningful impact in youth and family services. Key ResponsibilitiesEnsure compliance with healthcare and licensure regulations Oversee delivery of health services across residential programs Supervise nursing staff and ensure accurate health documentation Coordinate pediatric and psychiatric appointments and follow-up care Provide health-related education and in-service training for staff Review consult notes, manage follow-up needs, and coordinate referrals Assist in developing and implementing individualized care plans Serve as backup to the Director of Health Services and support staff onboarding Contribute to daily oversight of residential nursing operations Why This Area?
