Computer Operator

We are hiring a Computer Operations / NOC Analyst for a large enterprise data center environment. This role is ideal for candidates with hands-on experience in network operations, production support, and data center monitoring. The selected candidate will be responsible for monitoring critical systems, ensuring operational continuity, supporting infrastructure environments, and coordinating with vendors to maintain high availability and quality standards.Position: Computer Operations / NOC AnalystLocation: Local Candidates OnlySchedule: Weekend Shift – Saturday & Sunday, 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM, plus an additional 16 hours during the week (flexible across 1st, 2nd, or 3rd shift)Responsibilities:Monitor enterprise production systems, network operations, and data center environmentsSupport environmental, security, electrical, and UPS systems within the data centerEnsure statewide/system-wide access and operational availabilityCoordinate with hardware/software vendors for issue resolution and supportMonitor and maintain print operations to ensure high-quality, defect-free outputSupport production control activities and operational processesTroubleshoot and escalate infrastructure or operational issues as neededRequired Qualifications:Vocational/Technical degree in a related field from an accredited institutionMinimum 2 years of related experience in computer operations or NOC supportExperience working in large-scale data center environmentsHands-on experience with distributed servers running AIX, Linux, and WindowsFamiliarity with data center security, HVAC, electrical, and UPS systemsExperience with production control and monitoring tools such as Control-M and TPE/BPE Manager preferredStrong troubleshooting, monitoring, and communication skills
