Teller (Part Time)Keys Federal Credit Union is hiring a part time teller to join our Stock Island branch team.Being a teller at Keys Federal Credit Union is more than just banking transactions; it's building relationships founded on service, integrity and trust. Working on the front line, our Tellers play an instrumental role in being the "frontline" of our credit union and playing a fundamental role in helping our member reaching their financial dreams.Responsibilities:Conduct dozens of credit union routine transactions accurately and efficiently (cash checks, accept deposits and loan payments, process withdrawals etc.)Go the "extra mile" to build trust relationships, member loyalty and satisfactionCommunicate with different types of peopleManage risk in every transaction and detect fraudulent transactions to prevent lossesHelp find solutions to our members' issues and provide relevant informationTalk to our members about credit union products and services.Comply with regulatory requirementsAs a teller, the ideal candidate has:High School Diploma or equivalentOne year of customer service experienceOne year of cash handling experienceExcellent 10-key skillsAbility to remain professional and courteous with customers and team mates at all timesEnjoys being part of a team and has the ability to work as a team playerExcellent verbal and written communication skillsBasic PC knowledgeBilingual/Spanish/Creole/Russian helpful, but not requiredWhy join our team?!We offer some incredible benefits for our full time employees:Excellent pay15 days Paid Time Off a year.
