What We’re Looking For: Experience: 6-12 months of verifiable painting experience – we’re here to help you learn and grow but you need some foundational skills to be considered. Willingness to Learn: Open to acquiring new skills and perfecting techniques. Team Player: Ability to work well with others and contribute to a supportive team environment. Reliable: A strong work ethic and dependability are key. Minimum Requirements: - 6-12 months of residential painting experience for an established painting company that’s listed on your resume. - Ability to work full-time, Monday through Friday - A smartphone with a data plan for efficient communication. - A bank account for direct deposit payments. - Valid SSN, driver’s license, and reliable vehicle. What You’ll Do: Surface Preparation: Learn the basics of sanding, priming, and preparing surfaces for painting. Painting Techniques: Apply paint using brushes, rollers, or sprayers, guided by experienced teammates. Job Site Maintenance: Keep the work area clean and follow safety protocols. Training and Development: Hands-On Training: Gain experience with airless spraying, fine finishing methods, and more.
