Assembler

*Purpose:* The Assembler is an entry level position responsible for assembling finished products using hand tools, adding required hardware, and preparing items for shipment. This role operates in a fast-paced production environment and requires strong attention to detail to ensure all quality standards are consistently met. *Key Responsibilities:* * Assemble products using hand tools according to specifications and work instructions * Install and secure finished hardware components accurately * Inspect assembled products to ensure quality and completeness * Wrap, package, and prepare finished goods for shipping * Maintain a clean and organized work area * Follow all safety procedures and company guidelines * Meet productivity goals while maintaining high-quality standards *Preferred Skills & Qualifications * * High School Diploma or GED; or equivalent experience preferred. * Must have basic math skills. * Ability to use basic hand tools safely and effectively * Must be Bilingiual (Spanish) * Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality * Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment * Reliable attendance and strong work ethic * Ability to follow oral instructions. * Able to work in a team environment and interface with a diverse workforce. * Ability to lift up to 75 lbs. unassisted. * Ability to use various tools and measuring instruments such as calipers, micrometers, tape measure, dial indicator, and feeler gauges. * Must be able to distinguish shades and colors.
