Cafe Barista

Main Event - West Chester in West Chester Township, OH is hiring for a full time or part time Cafe Barista! As a Cafe Barista, you are responsible for crafting quality drinks, as well as offering an exceptional customer experience to our guests. Experience is a plus, but not necessary. All Cafe Baristas will be trained on the bar to ensure drink making skills are up to par with Main Event - West Chester's standards. Further responsibilities include: -Greeting guests with a smile, and a positive and kind attitude -Providing knowledgeable customer service that educates guests about our menu -Maintaining cleanliness behind the bar and in the dining area -Performing opening and closing duties, as listed -Performing daily and weekly cleaning tasks -Maintaining the highest standards of food quality -Assisting with storage, stocking, and maintenance of all products Qualifications: -Food Handlers certification or willingness to obtain -Knowledge of coffee and tea a plus -Sense of humor and willingness to have meaningful engagement with guests and staff Apply now at Main Event - West Chester to join our team of coffee lovers!
