This is an opportunity for professionals looking to advance their career with a global supply chain risk management leader, and to make a significant impact in successfully implementing BSI's global strategy.Consulting Specialist - Security and Resilience Responsibilities:Schedule engagements and work with clients and their employees in a professional mannerPlan and manage supply chain security/risk management assessments and projectsConduct supply chain security audits and gap assessmentsDevelop and improve management systems for risk management, security, and/or business continuity, to include CTPAT, AEO, TAPA, ISO 28000, and ISO 31000, among othersCreating and delivering trainingMap and assess risk in client supply chains, manage software platforms to do the sameWork with both internal and client teams to develop programs and achieve goals.Education/Qualifications:Bachelor's degree and 1-3 years of supply chain security, supply chain risk management, and/or business continuity experiencePrior experience with auditing, management system developmentSupply chain security program developmentSupply chain security auditingExperience with CTPAT and AEO programs; knowledge of TAPA standardsComfortable using software to help manage client deliverables and assessmentsStrong organizational skills and attention to detail for client deliverablesStrong report-writing and presentation skillsAbility to work well in teams and client-facing rolesFlexibility and adaptability to work on multiple projects simultaneouslyUp to 40% travelWhat we offer:BSI offers a competitive salary, group-sponsored health and dental, short-term and long-term disability, a company-matched 401k plan, company paid life insurance, 11 paid holidays and 4 weeks paid time off.The salary for this position can range from $80,800 to $99,000 annually; actual compensation is based on various factors, including but not limited to, the candidate’s competencies, level of experience, education, location, divisional budget and internal peer compensation comparisons.Do you believe the world deserves excellence?We are proud to be the business improvement company for other organisations to become more sustainable and resilient and finally to inspire trust in their products, systems, services, and the world we live in.Headquartered in London, BSI is the world's first national standards organization with more than 100 years of experience.
