Social Worker LCSW

**Job Summary and Responsibilities**We are seeking a dedicated Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) to join our dynamic rehabilitation psychology therapy team. As a key member of our multidisciplinary staff, you will play a crucial role in providing compassionate and effective therapeutic support to individuals undergoing rehabilitation.+ Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments to understand the unique needs and challenges of clients in rehabilitation.+ Develop and implement individualized treatment plans in collaboration with the rehabilitation team.+ Provide evidence-based therapy interventions to address emotional, behavioral, and social aspects of rehabilitation.+ Offer support and counseling to clients and their families to facilitate adjustment to life changes.+ Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, including physical therapists, occupational therapists, and medical staff, to ensure integrated care.+ Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in compliance with regulatory standards.**Job Requirements**+ At least 1 year of clinical and/or medical social work experience required.+ Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited program.+ Advanced degree with field placement or job experience in hospital health, mental health, or related settings.+ Must demonstrate knowledge of the principles of growth and development over the lifespan.+ Must possess the ability to assess data reflective of the patient's status and interpret the appropriate information needed to identify each patient's requirements relative to his/her age-specific needs.+ Bilingual Ability (Spanish & English) preferred.+ Management of Assaultive Behavior class required.+ Must be a California State Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).+ Must maintain current Fire Safety cards.**Where You'll Work**Founded in 1955 Dignity Health - Northridge Hospital Medical Center is a 394-bed acute care nonprofit community hospital located in Northridge California.
