Carpenter / Laborer

Job Overview We are seeking a skilled and dedicated individual to join our team as an experienced carpenter. This role requires a strong background in various construction and carpentry tasks, with a focus on delivering high-quality workmanship. The ideal candidate will possess hands-on experience in construction site environments and demonstrate proficiency in using both hand and power tools. This position is essential for ensuring that projects are completed efficiently and to the highest standards. Responsibilities . Execute trim and frame carpentry tasks, ensuring precision and attention to detail. Utilize hand tools and power tools effectively for various construction activities. Engage in concrete forming, plastering, and rebar installation as required. Conduct fabrication tasks, including cabinet installation, door hanging, and fixture installation. Participate in restoration projects, including water damage restoration and mold remediation. Carry out roofing, siding, flooring installation, tile laying, and masonry work as needed. Assist with maintenance person services such as caulking, construction painting, and electrical work. Collaborate with team members to ensure safety protocols are followed on-site. Manage heavy lifting tasks associated with materials and equipment throughout the project lifecycle. Requirements Proven experience in the construction industry with a focus on carpentry and restoration work. Strong skills in woodworking, metal stud framing, CNC operation, assembly, and plumbing. Familiarity with construction site safety practices and procedures. Experience in remodeling projects is highly desirable. Excellent problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail. Ability to perform heavy lifting as required by job duties.
