This role requires strong compliance knowledge and hands-on property management experience.ResponsibilitiesOversee daily property operationsEnsure full compliance with Section 8, LIHTC, HUD, and state regulationsManage leasing, renewals, recertifications, and resident filesPrepare for and manage audits and inspectionsSupervise on-site staff and maintenance coordinationTrack budgets, reports, and operational performanceEnforce policies and proceduresRequirementsMinimum 3 years of affordable housing property management experienceProven experience with Section 8 and LIHTC complianceAudit and recertification experience requiredProperty management software experience (Yardi, RealPage, or similar)
