Job Description Inspire Care is looking for a dedicated and experienced Team Lead to join our growing organization! The ideal candidate will have a background in supervision, excellent hands-on skills, a compassionate nature, and a strong eagerness to learn. As a Team Lead, you will play a crucial role in improving the lives of seniors and individuals with disabilities, helping to enhance their overall quality of life. Key responsibilities include managing the on-call schedule, initiating new cases, updating care plans, introducing permanent caregivers to clients and families, addressing any complaints or concerns from clients or families, performing light housekeeping and errands, providing medication reminders, conducting home safety assessments, and carrying out quality assurance visits.
