The firm values commitment, professionalism, and strong client service, offering clear opportunities for development and internal advancement over time.Responsibilities:Compile, organize, and maintain information and documentation for attorneysRespond to client and trustee requests in a timely and professional mannerArchive, manage, and maintain email communicationsScan, organize, and distribute mail to clientsPrepare legal documents, including notices and reaffirmation agreementsAssist with scheduling and managing a high volume of client appointmentsEnsure accuracy and organization of case-related information and filesProvide general administrative and operational support to the legal teamQualifications:Must not be currently enrolled in school (unless graduating by May)Strong interest in building a long-term career as a Legal Assistant.
