XL Pro Staffing and Consulting is NOW HIRING an On-Site Bilingual Recruiter!We are seeking a motivated and experienced Bilingual Recruiter to support on-site hiring operations in a fast-paced warehouse environment.Pay Rate: $18.00- $20.00 Hourly (DOE)Schedule:2nd Shift: Monday – Friday, 3:00 PM – 11:00 PMLocation: Garland, TXKey Responsibilities:Partner with hiring managers to gather job requirements and create/edit job descriptionsDevelop and execute effective recruiting strategies for high-volume and professional rolesConduct candidate screenings, phone interviews, and behavioral interviewsCoordinate interviews and maintain consistent communication with candidates and hiring managersBuild and maintain a strong candidate pipeline for current and future hiring needsUtilize job boards, social media, and other sourcing tools to attract qualified candidatesQualifications:Experience with full-cycle recruiting in a staffing agency (light industrial preferred)Bilingual in English and Spanish (required)Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environmentStrong communication, phone, and basic computer skillsExcellent time management and multitasking abilitiesExperience sourcing candidates through job boards and social media platformsAbility to build and maintain professional relationships with clients and candidatesHiring Requirements:E-VerifyDrug Screen7-Year Background CheckBenefits:Health InsuranceDental InsuranceVision Insurance401(k)Interested?Apply directly to this posting or send your resume to Leticia@xlpro.com.
