Restaurant General Manager (55,000-60,000 annual salary)

Your mission is to lead with hospitality, build a high-performing team, and keep our pizzeria running with the energy, warmth, and consistency our guests love.This leadership role oversees daily operations, people development, guest satisfaction, and financial performance. Expect strong support, real growth opportunities, and a team that takes pride in making each shift count.What You’ll Do:Ensure every guest feels welcomed and cared for with friendly, fast, and attentive serviceMaintain consistent food quality—from dough to toppings to that perfect bake—according to company standardsOversee cash handling and reconciliation procedures with 100% accuracy and integrityComplete daily, weekly, and monthly operational paperwork, reports, and schedules on timeManage inventory: verify product quality, proper counts, accurate deliveries, and adherence to receiving proceduresLead, train, coach, and develop all team members while enforcing company policies and maintaining a positive, productive workplaceCreate and manage effective team schedules that balance labor needs with business demandsMake key hiring, coaching, and termination decisions to build and retain a strong teamEnsure compliance with all federal, state, and local health, safety, and labor regulationsExecute local marketing, community outreach, and promotional initiatives to drive traffic and salesUphold our standards of cleanliness, sanitation, and operational excellence at all timesWhat We’re Looking For:You don’t need to be a pizza expert on day one—we’ll teach you that—but you should bring:At least 4 years of management experience in restaurants, hospitality, or retail with responsibility for financial resultsServSafe Certification REQUIREDA passion for creating a great work environment and coaching a winning teamA guest-first mindset with a genuine desire to make someone’s day—one slice at a timeA strong sense of ownership, integrity, and accountabilityHigh personal standards and the ability to motivate a team to meet themThe adaptability and excitement to thrive in a fast-paced, always-changing restaurant environmentA valid driver’s license and reliable transportation (for occasional bank deposits)A desire to grow with a company and build something special in the Norcross communityMust be able to work 11-hour shifts and weekends and holidaysAdditional Benefits:2 weeks PTOWork–life balance cultureBonus pay opportunities
