We are based in Dallas, Texas and partner with oral surgeons across the country to provide practice management solutions, so that surgeons can focus on what they do best, providing the best care for their patients.We are looking for a seasoned Talent Acquisition Specialist to assist our practices in filling their critical clinical and non-clinical support roles. In this position, you will utilize the company's applicant tracking system, Paycor, to post jobs on major job boards, screen applicants, and present potential candidates to corporate and oral surgery practices across the country.To succeed as a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist with Beacon, you should be a skilled and thorough recruiter with excellent stakeholder management skills, acute attention to detail, a solution driven mindset, and ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment. You should be personable, organized, and self-motivated with professional communication skills. Ability to meet deadlines is a critical part of this role.Responsibilities:Post approved positions using company tools and platforms (ie. Job boards, social media platforms, and professional networks).Schedule and conduct meaningful RSM’s with hiring leaders.Manage the recruitment and selection processes through hiring manager communication, consulting, sourcing, screening, and sending qualified candidates to hiring leaders.Review resumes to determine which candidates meet qualifications and conduct thorough screens.Design interview questions that reflect each position’s hard and soft skill requirements.Manage respective candidate pools to ensure qualified candidates remain engaged in current and future opportunities. Maintain and manage outstanding communication with candidates and hiring managers.Update hiring managers regularly on progress and send weekly cadence emails.Manage all stakeholders professionally throughout the recruitment process.Manage consistent follow-up with a customer service and solution driven approach toward stakeholders.Drive the process, strategy, consult, and make recommendations to hiring leaders, surgeons, and executives around process initiatives and troubleshoot issues that may arise.Educate and align hiring leaders around recruitment processes and deliver value.Implement and execute 30-60-90 day req management processes.Review and manage on-line job posting resources, review reqs for compliance, and data accuracy standards.Find, obtain, and support contract completion for Dental Assisting Intern programs nationwide.Review, manage, and ensure all reqs are set-up correctly, they are compliant, and posted properly in Paycor and on job boards.Understand and implement state and federal compliance standards across all hiring processes.Consistent data management to ensure accurate and smooth hiring practices. Level-set hiring leaders and candidates as needed within appropriate guidelines.Other tasks and projects as assigned.Requirements:High school diploma or equivalent required.Recruitment experience in either healthcare, medical, physician practice, scientific, pharma, or similar industries heavily preferred, but not required.3 plus years of experience sourcing and recruiting in a high-volume environment.Strong verbal communication, written communication, excellent judgement, and interpersonal skills. Excellent stakeholder management and problem-solving skills. Must be a solution driven individual.Knowledge of internet recruitment tools such as indeed, LinkedIn, CareerBuilder, ZipRecruiter. etc. Good analytical, time-management, and organizational skills. Ability to proactively anticipate hiring manager needs and align solutions.MS Office Suite to include Outlook, MS Teams, and Excel.Ability to multi-task and prioritize. Outgoing, friendly, and positive attitude. Professional demeanor and appearance. Strong work ethic.Preferred Qualifications:Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred, not required.Experience recruiting in dental/oral surgery industry is a plus.Schedule:8 hour shift, Monday - FridayIn-office first 30 days, hybrid schedule after training period with two days a week WFH. Mondays, Tuesdays, and one additional day required in-office after trial period.Special Requirements:Physical requirements include sitting, stooping, turning, standing, bending, walking, hearing, reading, writing, and keyboarding, may lift up to 25 lbs.
