One of our spots just opened up, and we are looking for a reliable, hard-working person to join us. If you like working outdoors, staying active, and working independently without a boss hovering over your shoulder all day, and getting paid what you are worth, this is the perfect job for you. Training Provided: We will teach you everything you need to know about pool chemistry, equipment, and maintenance. (Previous experience is a plus!) What You’ll Be Doing: Driving a company vehicle to residential properties between Virginia Beach, Chesapeake and Suffolk. Cleaning pools (brushing, vacuuming, skimming). Testing water chemistry and balancing chemicals (we will train you on this!). Checking pool equipment to ensure everything is running smoothly. Providing great customer service to our neighborhood clients. What We’re Looking For: Reliability is #1: You show up on time, every time. Our customers count on us. Willingness to Learn: You don’t need pool experience, but you do need to be a quick learner who pays attention to detail. Clean Driving Record: You must have a valid driver’s license and be comfortable driving a service truck. Physical Stamina: You enjoy working outdoors in the Virginia heat and can lift up to 50-100lbs (salt/chemicals).
