If you enjoy hands‐on therapy and collaborative care, this role offers meaningful impact every shift.Schedule8a-5p | 8 Hour ShiftsPer Diem flexibility What You'll DoEvaluate patients' functional abilities related to activities of daily living (ADLs) and instrumental activities of daily living (IADLs)Develop and implement individualized occupational therapy treatment plansProvide therapeutic interventions focused on mobility, strength, coordination, cognition, and self‐care skillsTrain patients in adaptive techniques and proper use of assistive devices and equipmentEducate patients and families on safety strategies, home modifications, and carryover exercisesCollaborate with physicians, nurses, and interdisciplinary care teams to support recovery goalsMonitor patient progress and modify treatment plans as neededMaintain a safe, therapeutic treatment environmentDocument evaluations, treatment sessions, and patient progress accurately in the medical record What We're Looking ForActive Occupational Therapist license in the state of practiceMinimum of 1 year of recent Occupational Therapy experience requiredAcute care, inpatient rehabilitation, or hospital experience preferredStrong clinical assessment and treatment‐planning skillsExcellent communication and patient‐education abilitiesAbility to motivate patients through recovery and functional progressionTeam‐oriented mindset with a patient‐centered approach to care Why You'll Love This OpportunityYou'll play a key role in helping patients regain independence and confidence in daily life—working alongside collaborative care teams while enjoying the flexibility of per diem scheduling.
