Technology Lead – Coupa Source to Pay

Job SummaryOur client is seeking a Technology Lead – Coupa Source to Pay to join their Digital Core Transformation team. This position is located in Roswell, Georgia. In this role, you will be responsible for the design and implementation of Coupa and surrounding SAP S/4HANA capabilities supporting Procurement business processes. This individual will support teams, project management activities, and vendor partnerships while working in a global environment across multiple geographies.Core ResponsibilitiesLead solution design, configuration, documentation, testing, and delivery activities for Coupa and related SAP and non-SAP systemsSupport SAP Source to Pay capabilities including Smart Contract Management, Spend Analytics, Guided Buying, Collaborative Supply Chain and Procurement, and Materials ManagementGather and document business requirements and provide functional guidance to technical teamsConfigure and implement Coupa solutions for source-to-pay processesPerform global Coupa configuration including Approval Workflows, Custom Fields, Chart of Accounts, PO Forms, Catalogs, Suppliers, Items, User Setup, Security Roles, and PermissionsSupport Coupa configuration and data loads for Sourcing, Contracting, Purchasing, Invoicing, Master Data, and Catalog ManagementSupport Coupa integrations and mapping with SAP systems for transactional and master data interfacesCreate functional specification documents requiring development of WRICEF objects (Workflow, Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, Enhancements, and Forms)Prepare test cases, validate deliverables, and support User Acceptance Testing (UAT)Solve complex business problems by creating IT solutions in partnership with business stakeholders, architects, consultants, and cross-functional teamsAdvise business partners on standard and new SAP solutions applicable to business challengesCreate and execute outcome-oriented strategies and maintain strong business relationshipsRequired Skills/Experience (Must-Haves)8+ years of IT experience within end-user organizations, IT consulting, systems integrators, or IT product companies7+ years of hands-on configuration experience with Coupa and/or SAP S/4HANA Source-to-Pay, Procurement, and Materials Management5+ years of experience supporting enterprise-scale procurement transformation initiativesExperience configuring, testing, and implementing Coupa solutionsExperience with Coupa integration and mapping to SAP systems for transactional and master data interfacesStrong functional and configuration knowledge of SAP Source-to-Pay processes, including Procurement and Materials ManagementExperience creating and reviewing functional specifications and supporting custom enhancements through WRICEF developmentPreferred Skills/Experience (Nice-to-Haves)Advanced education such as Master's degree is preferredExperience with Smart Contract Management, Spend Analytics, Guided Buying, and Collaborative Supply Chain & ProcurementExperience supporting Supply Chain, Logistics, Order-to-Cash, or Finance capabilitiesExperience with sourcing, contracting, purchasing, invoicing, supplier master data, accounting data, and catalog managementParticipation in multiple full-cycle global SAP implementationsCoupa with SAP S/4HANA global implementation experience or equivalent next-generation business transformation initiativesFormal SAP Functional training and certificationsKey Competencies & BehaviorsStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsExcellent written, verbal, and presentation communication skillsAbility to work independently in a fast-paced environmentAbility to manage projects, teams, and vendor partnersAbility to build and sustain meaningful business relationships while working effectively in global and cross-cultural environmentsWork EnvironmentLocation: Roswell, GeorgiaHybrid – 2 days per week onsiteCompensation & BenefitsPay Range: The approximate pay range for this position is between $53 and $76 per hour. Please note that the pay range provided is a good faith estimate. Final compensation may vary based on factors including but not limited to background, knowledge, skills, and location.
