We are seeking a highly skilled Silicon Power Engineer to perform advanced power analysis across multiple design stages—from RTL through GDSII. This role involves developing and enhancing automated power analysis flows, processing large datasets for power modeling, and identifying inefficiencies that impact overall design power. The engineer will collaborate closely with design teams to provide actionable feedback and drive power optimization initiatives. Must-Have Skills Power analysis and reduction using industry tools RTL-to-GDSII flow experience & low-power implementation Python scripting + ML/AI experience for automation and modeling Nice-to-Have Skills Experience with synthesis and PnR flows IP-level power analysis and modeling Data analysis & machine learning experience ResponsibilitiesPerform detailed power analysis at RTL, netlist, and post-layout stages. Develop, enhance, and automate power analysis flows and methodologies. Collect, process, and analyze large datasets for power modeling and prediction. Identify design-level power inefficiencies and provide optimization guidance to RTL and implementation teams. Investigate and resolve power-related issues throughout the design cycle. Minimum QualificationsHands-on experience with RTL-to-GDSII design flows in advanced technology nodes (7nm and below). Strong expertise in low-power methodologies, including: Power gating Multi-voltage domains UPF-based design Proven experience with industry-standard power analysis tools such as PrimeTime PX, PrimePower, PowerArtist, or equivalent. Proficiency in Python scripting for automation; experience with ML/AI frameworks for modeling is a strong plus. Solid understanding of RTL design principles. Experience with RTL-level power optimization techniques and tools. Preferred QualificationsExperience with logic synthesis and place-and-route (PnR) flows.
