Location: Boulder, CO 80310Employment Type: Full-TimePay Rate: $21.00 per hourSchedule: 6:00 PM - 6:00 AMPosition SummaryCitadel Security USA is hiring a full-time Unarmed Security Officer for an overnight assignment in Boulder. This role is focused on maintaining a secure and orderly environment during late hours while supporting routine site operations. It is a strong fit for someone who stays alert, works well independently, and maintains a professional presence when interacting with others.Key ResponsibilitiesMaintain a visible and consistent presence across assigned areas Assist with movement and access throughout the property as needed Conduct routine patrols to monitor activity and site conditions Identify and report safety concerns, unusual behavior, or policy violations Communicate updates with dispatch, supervisors, or site contacts Complete detailed daily activity logs and incident reports Operate company vehicles safely when required Follow all site-specific instructions, post orders, and company policies Minimum RequirementsAt least 18 years of age Ability to work scheduled 12-hour overnight shifts Strong awareness and attention to detail Clear written and verbal communication skills Reliable attendance and professional conduct Preferred ExperiencePrior work in security or a similar field Comfortable working independently during overnight hours Experience with report writing or basic documentation systems Work ConditionsCombination of indoor and outdoor responsibilities Includes standing, walking, and occasional driving Overnight schedule requiring consistent focus and alertness Equal Opportunity EmployerCitadel Security USA is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
