Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Computer Numerical Control (CNC) Programmer at WAUSAU HYDRAULICS AND MACHINE INC, located in Schofield, WI. Responsibilities include creating, verifying, and optimizing CNC programs for various machining operations. The role involves interpreting technical drawings, configuring CNC machines for effective operation, and ensuring precise machining through programming and calibration. Candidates will collaborate with machinists and engineers to improve production efficiency while maintaining high-quality standards. Qualifications Proficiency in CNC Programming and Programming techniquesHands-on experience with Machining and Milling operationsAbility to read and interpret Technical DrawingsStrong problem-solving skills with attention to detail in machining processesRelevant technical education or certifications in CNC programming, machining, or a related field is preferredExperience in a manufacturing or machine shop environment is highly valuedStrong communication and teamwork skills
