DescriptionEclipse Strategy Group is a third-party recruitment partner working with a growing law firm that is looking for a Legal Marketing Specialist to support and expand its marketing efforts. This is a great opportunity for someone early in their career or with limited experience who wants to learn to take initiative and grow in a supportive environment.This is not a role where you will just be assigned tasks. This position is becoming a key part of the firm as it continues to grow. There is real opportunity here to contribute ideas to be creative and help shape how marketing is done moving forward.The ideal person is a self-starter who is motivated, curious, and willing to jump in. Someone who is looking for ways to improve things, makes suggestions, and takes ownership of projects with support from the team.You will work closely with attorneys and leadership and have exposure to decision making – not just execution.ResponsibilitiesAssist with developing and executing marketing strategies that support firm growthWork directly with SEO and GBP experts to help continue to develop online presence Help generate and manage reviews across all platforms (Google, Facebook, Yelp, etc.)Create and manage content across platforms including social media, website, blog/newsletters, and email correspondence Help identify opportunities to improve visibility and client engagement Work with attorneys to communicate services in a clear and effective waySupport campaigns, events, and other marketing initiativesHelp manage social media accounts online listings and advertising effortsTrack performance and help make recommendations based on resultsBring ideas forward and take initiative on projectsQualificationsBachelor’s degree in marketing communications business or related field or relevant experienceOpen to candidates with limited or early career experienceStrong communication skills both written and verbal Organized detail oriented and dependableMotivated and willing to take initiativeCreative thinker who is comfortable suggesting ideas Familiarity with social media and digital marketing is helpful but not requiredInterest in the legal field is a plusBenefitsCompetitive salary based on experienceHealth and dental insurance options401KPaid time off and holidaysOpportunities for professional development and growthMentorship and hands on experience working with leadership
