Estimated Gross Weekly Pay: $2920$500 CONTRACT COMPLETION BONUSOpportunity:PT - 401491249 - PT type:PT (Physical Therapy)Job Details:• Work Monday through Friday, 8-hour shifts from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM• No weekend requirements (minimal coverage maybe once every 2-3 months for 1-3 hours maximum)• No holiday requirements• Treat 8-12 patients per day in 30 to 45 minute blocks• 95% outpatient care involving all aspects of PT care needed in a small community including musculoskeletal injuries, post-surgery, neurological, balance, and amputees• 5% inpatient evaluations for PTA to take over care• Common diagnoses include 90% orthopedics and 5-10% general weakness and neurological conditions• Must be a graduate from a certified physical therapy school• Required certification: BLS (AHA)• Dress code requires clean and professional workplace attire or scrubs• Must clock in and out at facility• Charting system: Cerner• Work with 1 rehab aide and under supervision of Mark Reinhardt, PT• Must note if clinician has ever worked for this health system; if previously employed, must have end date 6 months prior to submissionFacility:This medical center provides comprehensive healthcare services to the local community, featuring both acute care and swing bed services.
