Senior Director, GSOC Practice Leader Ontic provides software that helps corporate and government security teams identify threats, assess risk, and respond faster to keep people and organizations safe. Ontic is seeking a dynamic and highly respected Senior Director, GSOC Practice Leader to shape and scale modern Global Security Operations Center (GSOC) programs across enterprise and public sector organizations. This role blends executive-level GSOC leadership experience, operational credibility, technology fluency, and strategic go-to-market partnership. You will serve as a trusted advisor to Chief Security Officers (CSOs), Heads of Global Security, Intelligence Directors, and GSOC leaders, helping them modernize operations, unify intelligence workflows, and elevate their command center capabilities. You have led or significantly transformed a GSOC within a large, complex global enterprise overseeing multiple regions, sites, and risk environments. You understand the operational realities of 24/7 security operations and the technology ecosystem that powers them. Most importantly, you bring the mindset of a builder: someone who has designed, scaled, and optimized security operations for resilience, efficiency, and measurable business impact. Key Responsibilities Accelerate Strategic Sales Drive Customer Retention and Expansion Elevate Market Credibility & Industry Leadership Design & Evangelize Modern GSOC Programs Influence the Product Roadmap Qualifications 1215+ years of progressive leadership experience in Global Security Operations, GSOC management, corporate security, intelligence operations, or enterprise risk management. Direct experience leading or transforming a GSOC within a large global enterprise (multi-region, multi-site operations). Deep familiarity with the technology ecosystem that powers modern GSOCs, including case management, intelligence platforms, PSIM, access control, VMS, incident response tools, and data analytics platforms. Proven success designing and scaling 24/7 operations, developing SOPs, KPIs, and executive reporting frameworks. Experience navigating global regulatory, cultural, and operational complexities. Strong understanding of cyber-physical convergence and cross-functional coordination between security, legal, HR, compliance, and IT. Comfort operating at the executive level, advising CSOs, CISOs, and C-suite stakeholders with credibility and strategic clarity. Experience in enterprise SaaS environments, product advisory roles, or security technology deployment at scale is strongly preferred. Prior public sector or federal experience is a plus.
