With a focus on giving our seniors the option to agein place, we are expanding our presence across the country and are seeking out an elite leader tospearhead the growth of this branch.Responsibilities:As the director, you will independently manage and lead this branch, along with unparalleled andongoing corporate training and support.Business Development: Develop and execute a marketing plan to establish Cornerstoneas the preferred in-home care provider.Referral building: Cultivate and manage relationships with referral partners (hospitals,hospices, senior living, etc.).Staffing and Scheduling: Hiring and onboarding new team members and ensuring allshifts are properly staffed. Monitor on-call responsibilities as calls come from clients,caregivers and partners.In-home Assessments: Build strong client relationships, conduct intakes, and ensureclient satisfaction.Financial Management: Oversee office budget that is reflected in profit and lossstatements.Cultivating Culture: Creating the workplace of choice for your territory.
