We’re Hiring: Nursery Attendant at Russellville First Methodist Church!Are you passionate about nurturing and caring for young children? We’re seeking a dedicated Nursery Attendant to join our team! In this part-time role, you’ll play a vital part in ensuring the safety, well-being, and happiness of nursery-age children entrusted to our care.What You’ll Do:Welcome families with a warm, friendly attitude and prepare the nursery for each service.Engage with children through age-appropriate activities—rocking infants, reading stories, and encouraging play.Maintain a clean, safe, and inviting environment by keeping toys and equipment sanitized.Ensure secure check-in/out procedures and uphold our Ministry Safe standards.Support the Children’s Ministry Director and assist with other activities as needed.What We’re Looking For:Individuals 16+ who can lift small children and nursery items.Availability on Sundays, Wednesdays, and occasionally other days.Commitment to professionalism, reliability, and a welcoming spirit.Willingness to complete a background check and Ministry Safe Training.If you’re ready to make a positive impact in the lives of children and families, we’d love to hear from you!
