JOB TITLE: Director of Food and Nutritional Services JOB HOURS: VariesJOB SUMMARY: The Director of Food and Nutritional Services is a Management position responsible for overseeing all foodservice/clinical activities, quality improvement, and regulatory compliance within the organization. RESPONSIBILITIES/JOB DUTIES: Provide direction and guidance for all foodservice operationsDevelop strategies for delivering high-quality, compliant food choicesComply with regulatory standards and confidentiality regulationsManage budget, expenses, and payroll activitiesLead team in providing clinical and therapeutic servicesParticipate in patient satisfaction programs and quality improvement initiatives SKILLS: Strong leadership and managementExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsKnowledge of food safety and sanitation standardsExperience in food service operationsAbility to manage budgets and track expenses QUALIFICATIONS: Education: Bachelor s or advanced degree in foods, nutrition, or food service administration (Master s preferred)Licensure/Certification: Completion of a dietetic internship approved by the Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics; Current Missouri Licensure for Registered DietitiansWork Experience: 1-3 years of Leadership and Management experience REQUIRED STAFF COMPETENCIES: Include but not limited to:Demonstrates support for organizational missionPromotes teamwork and resolves conflicts constructivelyCommunicates effectively and displays positive attitudeCustomer-focused and committed to service excellenceStrong desire for personal and professional growth WORKING CONDITIONS: Patient contact, exposure to chemicals, use of commercial food service equipment, indoor work environmentAPPLY NOW!
