Production Worker - Experience Preferred

Overview: We are seeking dedicated production workers to join our team. As a production worker at Webb Core, you are expected to be able to work in a hands-on fast paced environment, willing to learn quickly, and pay high attention to details. We will provide training in our unique manufacturing process and team support to help you succeed! Job Description: As production worker you are expected to follow directions from the supervisor or lead. Ensure that all material meets proper quality standards. Working with aluminum materials that can often be sharp or heavy. Working with different power tools while being responsible and safe during use. Previous manufacturing experience is preferred (3+ years). Duties: - Quality control mind set with attention to detail. - Inspect finished products for quality and adherence to specifications - Use hand tools, power tools, and other equipment as required - Follow safety protocols and guidelines at all times - Maintain a clean and organized work environment Requirements: - Prior experience in a warehouse or manufacturing environment is preferred - Ability to use power tools and hand tools effectively (saw, nail gun, etc.). - Basic math knowledge (able to add and subtract properly to keep track of inventory.) - Ability to read tape measure. - Able to work independent and well with others - Dependable transportation and good attendance. -Ability to learn quickly. -Able to lift up to 50lbs repetitive. - Comfortable with working both inside and outside. -Willing to work in a team. -Fluent in English and/or Bilingual preferred -Forklift experience is not required but is helpful. Starting Pay @ 18.00 or D.O.E Currently working a 10 hour day schedule Monday-Thursday with Friday being overtime.
