Supervisor - High Fidelity Wraparound

Bonus amounts could be prorated based on number of hours worked The High-Fidelity Wraparound Family Teams process (known Nationally as High-Fidelity Wraparound) is a way to improve the lives of children with complex needs and their families by developing individualized plans of care. The individualized plan is child-centered and family-focused with maximum family involvement and variation depending on the needs of the child and family. The process focuses on strengthening the natural family, extended family and social supports for the child by involving them in the planning and implementation process. The HiFi Supervisor is responsible for providing oversight to the daily operations of their assigned HIFI program, as well as training/credentialing of assigned staff within the entire HFW program. This position is a supervisory position that will report to the HIFI Director. Salary Range of $51,000-$53,000 Required Qualifications: Master’s degree in Human Services or a related field with 1 or more years of leadership experience OR Bachelor’s degree in Human Services or a related field, with 2 or more years of leadership experience. Preferred Qualifications: 1 or more years of experience working in the HiFi Model. Strong working knowledge of County Human Service Systems. 1 or more years of experience with and knowledge of children’s mental health. Proficiency with computer applications including Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint. Responsibilities: Responsible for the daily operation of assigned HFW program. Specific duties outlined below: Provide at a minimum, weekly supervision, of assigned program staff. Provide on-going supervision and support (including Individual, Team, Group) to all program staff. Supporting staff in daily activities, training and overall professional development. Must be able to work towards completing Team Coach credentialing in the prescribed timeline. Collaborate with the Program Director to ensure the quality of the program is meeting the highest regulatory and contractual standards. Foster a cooperative and productive environment through strong leadership. Ensuring program quality by creating high expectations for staff and holding them accountable along with the Program Director. Identifying creative ways to enhance the program over time. Outreach key stakeholders and partner providers in educating child serving system of High Fidelity Wraparound. Other duties as assigned by manager. Work Environment: Work in standard office environment as well as community settings to include client homes, schools, court, doctor’s offices and hospitals. Substantial (50%) local travel in your own vehicle to off-site locations as required by supervisory or training requirements.
