Payroll Specialist
Key ResponsibilitiesMonitor and maintain employee time & attendance records Review and audit time entries for accuracy and compliance Support employees and managers with timekeeping inquiries and corrections Partner with HR & Payroll teams to ensure smooth payroll processing Generate reports for audits and management review Assist with onboarding and training on timekeeping systems Maintain confidentiality and data integrityQualifications 1–2 years of experience in payroll, timekeeping, or HR administration Familiarity with systems like Workday, Kronos, ADP, or SAP Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Excellent communication and customer service skills Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Office tools Ability to manage multiple priorities independently Experience with Workday timekeeping systems
