You aren't just processing paperwork; you are consulting and connecting.Be the HeroAnswer incoming client questions regarding their current auto, home, and umbrella policies with elite customer service.Spot the Gaps (Inside Sales): Review existing client portfolios to find whats missing. When you see a client with auto insurance who doesn't have their home or life policy with us, youll start the conversation and cross-sell the missing pieces.Policy Reviews: Conduct regular policy reviews with our massive base of existing clients to ensure they are fully protected as their lives change.CollaborateParticipate in high-energy daily morning huddles and training sessions to sharpen your skills and prep for a winning day.RequirementsWho You Are:BilingualMust be fluent in English and SpanishA Natural ConversationalistYou can talk to anyone, build quick rapport, and you genuinely enjoy helping people.Growth-MindedYou want to learn something new every single day and love the thrill of hitting a cross-sell target.Licensed or Willing to LearnProperty & Casualty (P&C) and Life licenses are a massive plus, but for the absolute right attitude, we are willing to help train and license the right person!Team FirstYou bring good energy to the room and thrive in a collaborative environment.
