We want to build a pro team of high-caliber players, with high accountability and trust across all individuals.What You’ll Be Doing: Design, develop, and maintain scalable web-based applicationsCollaborate with other engineers and cross-functional team members to deliver business valueParticipate in code reviews and technical discussionsWrite clean, tested, and well-documented codeContribute to architecture and design conversationsSupport and improve development practices (e.g., CI/CD, testing, monitoring)Engage in continuous learning and knowledge sharing within the teamCommunicate progress, blockers, and risks in a timely and transparent waySupport Patriot’s values through positive interactions with internal and external stakeholdersPlease note: this is a sample of your responsibilities. You’ll need to adapt quickly as priorities evolve to support an exceptional customer experience.What You’ll Need: A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or relevant experience.4–7 years of professional software development experienceProfessional experience with modern JavaScript Frameworks (preferably Vue.js)Proficient in .NET Core, C#, and Entity FrameworkExperience with databases (especially Postgres) and experience building transactional systemsUnderstanding of microservice architecture and cloud infrastructure (e.g., AWS)A focus on performance, scalability, and reliabilityComfortable navigating ambiguous requirements and working in a fast-paced environmentStrong communication and teamwork skillsPassion for continuous learning and improvementConsistent, Reliable High-Speed Internet AccessDedicated, quiet workspace free from distractionsNice to have:Experience with cross-platform mobile frameworksFamiliarity with financial technology or regulated industriesPrior experience contributing to large-scale or high-transaction systemsLocation & Commitments:Full-time, Direct Hire and 100% Remote roleThis position is open to all candidates who legally reside and are eligible to work in the United States. This position is currently not open to applicants in the following locations: Alaska, California, Hawaii, Washington D.C.Working hours are established by each team and department based on business needs. For this role, core working hours are typically between 8am - 5pm EST, Monday through Friday.
