Sales Consultant, Window Treatments

Job Description If you're driven, people-focused, and ready to take control of your income, this is your opportunity. At 3 Day Blinds, you'll consult with homeowners on custom blinds, shades, shutters, and draperies. Clients have already requested the appointment. You bring the expertise and close the sale. What You'll Do * Meet with pre-qualified clients in their homes for design consultations * Recommend custom window treatment solutions that fit their space and budget * Close the sale in one visit and deliver a great customer experience * Build referral relationships for additional self-generated business Who You Are * Have experience in home improvement, retail, or consultative sales * A people person who enjoys helping clients make decisions * Comfortable working independently and managing your own territory * Motivated by performance and excited about uncapped earning potential What We Offer * Uncapped commission with strong earning potential ($70K to $110K+ average) * Company-provided appointments plus self-gen opportunity * 4 weeks of paid training to set you up for success * Tools provided and mileage reimbursement * Full benefits package including medical, dental, vision, 401(k), and paid time off Backgrounds that do well here: Home improvement sales, retail management, and consultative sales backgrounds.
