Description
We are seeking a Processor to play a key role in the daily operations of our facility by safely sorting, processing, and preparing incoming organic materials. This is a full-time, temp-to-hire opportunity with the potential for permanent employment based on performance, attendance, and business needs. Shift: 1st shift starting around 6 or 7 am

Job Responsibilities Sort, inspect, and process incoming organic and recyclable materials according to established procedures.
Operate processing equipment such as conveyors, grinders, crushers, pumps, balers, and other material handling equipment.
Monitor material flow to help ensure safe and efficient operations.
Perform routine equipment inspections and report maintenance or safety concerns.
Assist with loading, unloading, and moving materials throughout the facility.
Maintain accurate production and operational records as needed.
Keep work areas clean and organized while maintaining excellent housekeeping standards.
Follow all company safety policies, procedures, and environmental regulations.
Properly wear and maintain required personal protective equipment (PPE).
Work collaboratively with team members to meet daily production goals.
Assist with other operational duties as assigned.
Ability to stand, walk, bend, climb, and perform physical work throughout the shift.
Comfortable working in an industrial environment with exposure to noise, dust, odors, changing weather conditions, and moving equipment.
Strong attention to safety and ability to follow established procedures.
Reliable attendance and dependable work ethic.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Previous experience in manufacturing, recycling, warehouse, agriculture, food production
Forklift experience or certification.
Experience operating industrial processing equipment.
Basic mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.
Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office.
Indoor and outdoor work in an industrial processing environment.
Frequent standing, walking, bending, climbing, and lifting throughout the workday.
Exposure to varying weather conditions, noise, dust, odors, and moving machinery.
Required use of personal protective equipment (PPE).
Overtime and occasional weekend work may be required based on operational needs.
Associate Requirements HS Diploma or GED

Must be at least 18 years old
