Job Description As a Security Officer - Armed Patrol Driver - Industrial in Renton, WA, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Aero/Defense, and more. You will conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence to help to deter security-related incidents, and communicate clearly with site teams and visitors. Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, and communicate updates to the appropriate contacts. Conduct regular and random armed patrols of buildings, production and office areas, parking areas, and perimeter points to help to deter unauthorized activity. Control access at designated entry points by checking identification, verifying authorization, and documenting visitor and contractor activity per site procedures. Complete detailed reports on security-related incidents, patrol observations, and/or policy violations, and maintain required logs and documentation.Minimum Requirements: Possess a Concealed Carry Weapons Permit. Have at least 1 year of armed security, law enforcement, and/or military experience. Possess an armed guard card and/or license. A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements. Be at least 21 years of age. Be at least 21 years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
