This position will report to the appropriate Field Service Manager for the assigned location.Primary ResponsibilitiesResponsible for on-site repair and maintenance of copier/fax/scanner equipmentRefurbish used equipment, which includes cleaning and repairingMinimal setup and installation at the customer's locationTroubleshoot non-printing issuesProvide outstanding support by meeting customer's needs in a courteous and timely mannerOn-site maintenance and repair of copier and multi-functional products in an efficient and cost-effective mannerMaintain and expand current technical knowledge by attending training classes and meetingsMaintain proper parts inventory in vehicleUse diagnostic tools, service aids, and product schematics to assess and resolve equipment and system failuresIn shop repair and maintenance of internal equipmentIn shop setup and installation for equipment and accessoriesThis job has no supervisory responsibilities.Qualifications: To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
