Senior Associate, Software Engineering: Software Development Test (SDET)

Overview In this role you will execute performance and failover testing for mission-critical clearing and settlement systems, spanning multi-region cloud and on-premise environments. You will design tests, run benchmarks, and analyze results to ensure systems meet strict RTO/RPO requirements. Collaborating with DevOps, development, and infrastructure, you will validate performance during failover, DR scenarios, and cross-region switches. This is a hands-on position that shapes performance engineering across OCC’s distributed architecture and regulatory-compliant platforms.
