Job Responsibilities Provide attentive, nurturing care to children across various age groups Support age-appropriate learning activities and follow classroom lesson plans Maintain a safe, structured, and engaging classroom environment Communicate professionally with parents regarding daily activities and child progress Follow all safety, cleanliness, and childcare guidelines Assist with classroom cleaning and daily upkeep Maintain appropriate professional boundaries with children Requirements Required: Must be at least 18 years of age High school diploma or GED Willingness to complete required screenings: Drug test Background check with fingerprints Physical exam with TB test Preferred: Previous childcare, daycare, preschool, or early childhood experience Strong communication, organization, and multitasking skills Ability to follow lesson plans and daily schedules If you meet these requirements, apply or call 317-887-0747 today!
