Job Description & Requirements Specialty: Occupational Therapist Discipline: Therapy Duration: 13 weeks 40 hours per week Shift: 8 hours, days Employment Type: Travel Job Summary: The Occupational Therapist II provides therapy services to patients in inpatient and outpatient settings. This role includes evaluating patients, developing treatment plans, and delivering therapy to improve daily living and functional abilities. Key Responsibilities: Evaluate patients and develop individualized treatment plans Provide occupational therapy treatments based on physician referrals Monitor patient progress and update care plans as needed Educate patients and families on therapy techniques and home programs Maintain accurate and timely documentation Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary team Supervise Occupational Therapy Assistants as needed Ensure safe and clean therapy environment Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Therapy California OT License (Required) NBCOT Certification (Required) BLS (AHA or equivalent) Minimum 1 year experience preferred (new grads considered) Preferred: Experience in acute care or outpatient setting Hand therapy or specialty certifications (CHT, PAM, etc.) About LanceSoft Established in 2000, LanceSoft is a Certified MBE and Woman-Owned organization.
