Director of Human Resources - Glen Rock School District

Position: Director of Human Resources Location: Office of the SuperintendentQualificationsBachelor's degree required; master's degree preferred.Minimum of three years' experience in personnel or a central office setting.Experience in education preferred.Experience with personnel management software preferred, including Frontline modules (Absence Management, Recruiting and Hiring) and the Genesis SchoolFi Management System.Excellent written and oral communication skills.Ability to exercise discretion and diplomacy when dealing with confidential and sensitive matters.Salary: $100,000. - $140,000. Commensurate with experience.Benefits: Full-time staff are eligible for Medical, Prescription and Dental Benefits. Vacation, sick, personal and bereavement days are included.
