By leveraging next-gen processes, scalable data platforms, and AI, our team delivers accurate, timely, and actionable insights.QualificationsRequired:Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, economics, business administration, or a quantitative field6+ years of experience in financial planning and analysis, corporate finance, finance transformation, or business finance3+ years of experience building financial models, forecasts, budgets, and variance analyses3+ years of experience with enterprise resource planning systems, enterprise performance management tools, or data visualization tools3+ years of experience leading workstreams, project teams, or finance transformation initiativesAbility to travel 50%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve.Limited immigration sponsorship may be available.Preferred:Master of Business Administration (MBA) or master's degree in finance, accounting, economics, or analyticsCertified Public Accountant (CPA), Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA), or Certified Management Accountant (CMA)Experience with Anaplan, Oracle Enterprise Performance Management (EPM), SAP Analytics Cloud, OneStream, Tableau, or Power BIExperience designing planning, forecasting, management reporting, or driver-based planning processesExperience applying automation, advanced analytics, or artificial intelligence in finance workflowsExperience in consulting or professional services environments supporting finance organizationsThe wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. At Deloitte, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $141,200 to $278,300.You may also be eligible to participate in a discretionary annual incentive program, subject to the rules governing the program, whereby an award, if any, depends on various factors, including, without limitation, individual and organizational performance.
