Parts Counter Person

*Overview* We are seeking a dedicated Heavy Equipment Parts Counter Person to join our team. The ideal candidate should have parts experience and a valid driver's license with a clean record. This is NOT an entry level position. We are a constuction, forestry and mulching equipment dealer. *Responsibilities* - Provide excellent customer service by assisting customers with their inquiries and purchases - Operate the Point of Sale (POS) system accurately - Utilize sales management techniques to promote products and increase sales - Communicate effectively with customers and colleagues - Handle dealership transactions efficiently - Maintain a clean and organized counter area - Additional duty will be assigned *Experience* - Previous experience in parts sales is REQUIRED - Proficiency in math for handling transactions - Excellent phone etiquette skills - Multilingual abilities are a plus - Familiarity with retail math concepts - Knowledge of POS systems is advantageous - Heavy equipment knowledge Job Type: Full-time Pay: $17.00 - $20.00 per hour Expected hours: No less than 35 per week Benefits: 401(k) 401(k) matching Dental insurance Flexible schedule Health insurance Life insurance Paid time off Vision insurance Schedule: 8 hour shift Monday to Friday Experience: parts sales: 2 years (Required) License/Certification: Driver's License (Required) Work Location: In person
