Sales SettersWe are seeking energetic, driven Sales Setters to join our team and help grow our presence in the renewable energy industry. In this role, you will make over 120 outbound calls per day to identify and qualify potential customers, with the primary goal of setting appointments.This is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on sales experience and make a real impact in a fast-growing field.Key ResponsibilitiesMake 120+ outbound calls per day to homeowners to introduce our home energy solutionsEngage potential customers, qualify their interest, and assess their energy needsSchedule appointments for Consultants to conduct in-depth consultationsMaintain and update lead and appointment records in the CRM systemCollaborate with the sales team to meet weekly and monthly appointment-setting targetsStay up to date on our energy solutions and industry trends to effectively communicate benefitsProvide exceptional customer service and represent the company professionallyQualificationsStrong verbal and written communication skillsComfortable making high volumes of outbound calls each daySelf-motivated with a positive attitude and strong work ethicAbility to quickly build rapport with potential customersBasic computer skills; familiarity with CRM systems is a plusPrevious experience in sales, telemarketing, or customer service (preferred but not required)Ideal Candidates Should Also Have:Experience working remotelyComfort being closely tracked on metricsExperience with Salesforce (preferred)Sales experience would be a plus
