We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Legal Assistant to join Job Duck and support a dynamic legal team in delivering exceptional client service. In this role, you will be a key point of contact for clients, helping guide them through important processes with empathy, professionalism, and clarity. You will play a vital role in maintaining organized workflows, ensuring timely communication, and supporting case progression through administrative and legal tasks. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, communicates with warmth and confidence, and takes initiative to complete tasks independently while collaborating effectively with a team.
