*Elevate ABA Solutions is expanding into a new county, and we’re looking for our very first BCBA to join us on this exciting journey.* This is more than simply joining an established caseload. As our *first BCBA in the county*, you’ll have the unique opportunity to help establish our presence, build relationships within the community, and play an important role in shaping the growth of our local team. • Help establish Elevate ABA Solutions within the local community
• Build strong relationships with clients, families, caregivers, and community partners
• Help shape the culture and clinical standards of our growing local team
• Provide mentorship and clinical guidance as our team expands
• Help recruit and support future RBTs and clinical staff
• Collaborate with leadership to identify opportunities for growth and improvement
• Develop high-quality, individualized ABA programs
• Use data-driven decision-making to support meaningful client progress
• Help create a positive experience for families choosing Elevate ABA Solutions
• Grow into increased leadership opportunities as our presence in the county develops
