Position Overview Are you ready to get hands-on and play a critical role in keeping our operation moving? As our Lube Technician, you’ll be the heartbeat of our fleet’s daily performance—making sure every truck and piece of equipment is serviced, protected, and ready to roll. Working directly under our Fleet Manager, you’ll handle essential preventive maintenance that keeps our drivers safe and our operation running at top speed. Your attention to detail, pride in workmanship, and commitment to doing things right will help ensure every vehicle leaves the yard in peak condition—clean, inspected, and mission-ready. Key Responsibilities Perform routine preventive maintenance on fleet vehicles Complete oil changes, filter replacements, and fluid services Check and top off engine oil, coolant, transmission, brake, and power steering fluids Conduct basic vehicle inspections and report mechanical issues Grease/lubricate chassis components and moving parts Maintain clean and organized work areas Document all services accurately Follow company safety and maintenance procedures Support Fleet Manager with general shop operations Help ensure DOT compliance readiness Qualifications & Requirements Previous experience as a Lube Tech, Mechanic Assistant, or similar role preferred (not required for the right candidate) Basic knowledge of diesel and commercial vehicle systems is a plus Ability to perform physical work (lifting, bending, standing, working outdoors/indoors) Strong attention to detail Reliable, punctual, and professional Willingness to learn and grow within the company Valid driver’s license required CDL is a plus (not required) What We’re Looking For We’re looking for someone who: Takes pride in their work Shows up ready to learn and contribute Works well with others Cares about safety and quality Wants long-term growth, not just a paycheck If you enjoy working with your hands and being part of a team that values excellence, this role is for you.
