Clearance Furniture Sales Associate RC Willey is seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Sales Associate for our Furniture Clearance department. In this role, you'll greet customers, identify their needs, and provide expert guidance on discounted furniture options. You'll ensure customer expectations are exceeded and follow up through callbacks, client cards, and thank-you notes. We're looking for an enthusiastic individual who is passionate about delivering exceptional service and maintaining RC Willey's high standards of professionalism and customer satisfaction. Key ResponsibilitiesGreet customers, determine their needs and address any related questions or concernsEnsure customer needs are taken care of and expectations have been met/exceededFollow-up with customers through callbacks, client cards and/or thank-you notesAll other duties as assigned Skills and QualificationsExcellent customer service and problem-solving skillsPrevious sales experience helpful but a great attitude is essentialSelf-motivated and enthusiastic, with a strong desire to accomplish specific goalsDependable, presentable and personable with the publicBasic computer and typing skills neededMust be able to multi-task, pay attention to details and follow through with assigned tasks Ready to join the team?
